Oxford University’s 100 most accomplished and distinguished alumni in its 900-year history. According to this list, Imran Khan is at number four.
Oxford University is one of the oldest educational institutions in the world. It was established in 1096 AD. In 1167, academic activities accelerated here when King Henry II banned English students from entering the University of Paris.
On February 29, 2024, a list of the 100 most distinguished people in the history of Oxford University was released, i.e., worthy and most distinguished alumni of more than 900 years of Oxford history. Who proved their abilities in different walks of life and performed well?
The list includes four people from Pakistan, three of whom have passed away.
Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto.
Hussain Shaheed Sarwardi.
The fourth name in this list is Murshid Imran Khan, who is also fourth in the list of 100 notable alumni.
According to this list,
Quaid-e-Azam is at number 9.
Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto at No. 28 and
Hussain Shaheed Sarwardi is at number 99.
It is a matter of great honour and joy for us that four respected personalities from Pakistan are included in this list of Oxford.
The winning captain of the 1992 Cricket World Cup, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, the founder of Shaukat Khanum Cancer Hospitals, and the founder of two universities of international standard, a patriot and well-wisher of Pakistan and Pakistanis who fought the case of Islam in the United Nations, raised his voice for the oppressed people of Kashmir and Palestine. He is fourth on the list of the most capable and distinguished people.
Imran Khan often says, Allah is the God of truth. Verily, God is the Best of Planners.

Bolonga University is considered to be the oldest university in the world. It was established in 1088 AD in Bolanga, Italy.
While the fact is that the world’s oldest university was established in 859 AD in the City of Fez, Morocco. Fatima al-Fahri established it as a mosque, and it later developed into a university with an associated madrasa. But western bias is not ready to accept this fact.
